The resort is directly across the street from Attitash and Bear Peak for world-class downhill skiing. For summer recreation, the area includes New England\'s favorite Alpine Slide! Along with water park, horseback riding, golf range, etc. Also enjoy the on site indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, workout facility, tennis courts, hiking, biking, cross-country trails, canoeing and fishing in the Saco River. Minutes away from Story Land and North Conway, enjoy golf, dining and tax-free outlet shopping. ** A Host Fee is assessed for partial week bookings ** All units have a color television and SOMEhave air-conditioning. SOME larger units have a washer/dryer in the unit. Ski seasons vary each year. Please contactthe resort to verify dates. VCR\'s are limited to some units only. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 are very small, have 1 bath and a sleep sofa. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are small, have 1 bath, a wall bed, and a sleep sofa.1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 and 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, have 1, 1 1/2, or 2 baths and a varied bed structure. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have up to 2 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES THE STATED OCCUPANCY LIMITS! Check in is at the front desk only after 4 PM. A US$ 150.00 security deposit is required. No pets are allowed.
